PAYLOAD RELEASE MECHANISMS FOR VARIOUS APPLICATIONS

We at Edhitha have designed and built our own payload release mechanism for multirotor drones.
This mechanism is affixed to a structure on the drone, and allows for quick attachment and removal of a payload from the it.
It has various applications like:

SAFE PAYLOAD RELEASE MECHANISM:

We have developed a mechanism for multirotor drones to release payloads, such as water bottles, from varying altitudes while prioritizing the safety of both the item being dropped and the designated drop location. Our mechanism has been designed in accordance with the competition requirements, which mandates that the bottle must be dropped at a specified target location on the ground, as indicated on the bottle itself.

FLOWER DROP:

We have developed an advanced mechanism that allows for remote-controlled dropping of flowers from any specific locations using a various techniques. This mechanism has broad applications for a range of occasions, including the delivery of flowers to different idols.

FOOTBALL DRIBBLE:

We have created and engineered a state-of-the-art mechanism that enables the controlled dropping of football or cricket balls from varying heights. This mechanism is ideal for the inauguration of sports events, such as football or cricket matches, among others.

FLAG HOIST:

At Edhitha, we have designed and developed a cutting-edge system that utilizes drones for hoisting flags on various occasions, such as Kannada Rajyotsava, Republic Day, Independence Day, and others.

IMAGERY AND CYBER SYSTEMS (ODLC)

ODLC BASED ON DEEP LEARNING:

The ICS team has been extensively working on deep neural networks and mild image processing techniques for ODLC (Object Detection, Localization and Classification) given in SUAS leveraging the strength of on-board GPU's from our on-board computer systems.
